Biochemical evaluation of new strawberry varieties in the foothills of the KBR

Abstract

Biochemical indicators of quality of berries of the wild strawberry of 8 grades growing in the foothill zone KBR are presented. Distinction of grades of a wild strawberry on the chemical composition is revealed that is caused by their high-quality features and weather conditions developing during maturing of berries. As a result of researches grades Alba, Maya, Eros, Darselekt as complex sources in selection on the maintenance of various elements are allocated.
