Author Guidelines

  1. Articles in Russian and English, not previously published and not submitted for publication in other journals and proceedings are accepted for publication (except for abstracts and materials of conferences, symposia, meetings, etc.).
  2. Articles should contain a concise and clear statement of the current state of the issue, description of research methods, presentation and discussion of the data obtained by the author. The article should be entitled in such a way that the title corresponds to its content. The article should have structural parts (sections) that are reflected in the template (see below). In the section "Introduction" it is necessary to reflect the relevance of the study (statement of the problem in general and its connection with important scientific and/or practical tasks), to analyze the publications on which the author relies, solving the problem, as well as to formulate the purpose of the study.
  3. Articles should be typed in MS Word for Windows text editor (*.doc or *.docx). The following values of page parameters are set: format – A4, orientation – portrait, size of all fields – 2.5 cm, font – Times New Roman 12 PT (except for annotations, key words, figures and tables, which are typed in 10 PT – see templates), paragraph indentation – 1.25 cm, the interval between lines of the main text – 1 (single), text without hyphenation, alignment by width, pages are not numbered. Please, when making and formatting the text and its separate structural elements, strictly follow the rules of article design!
  4. The publication should not exceed 8 pages. The relative volume of illustrations should not exceed 1/3 of the total volume of the article. As a rule, the list of references should not exceed 30 sources for review articles and 15 – for articles with the results of their own research. There is no space between the initials, but the initials are separated from the surname by a space. Transfer to another line of the name, leaving the previous initials, it is impossible (A.M. Ivanov, Ivanov A.M.)
  5. The article provides annotations in two languages (Russian and English). Before the "Introduction" section, abstract and key words in the language in which the article was written (10 PT, the words "Key words" is bold, the key words in italics). Key words or phrases are separated by semicolons. Abstract and keywords in English is placed after the list of references. The volume of abstracts – 500 characters, the number of key words – 5 – 7. The formatting and formatting options of these elements must match the template (see below).
  6. The printed version of the paper (in one copy) must be accompanied by its electronic version in the form of files in formats *.doc or *.docx (can be e-mailed to the editorial office).
  7. The paper is signed by all authors. attached information about the authors of the article indicating the place of work, position, academic degree, institution address, contact information for feedback (phone numbers and e-mails of all authors) is attached on a separate page. A referral from the institution where the work was done is attached to the text of the article. Articles of graduate students and applicants are accompanied by a review of the thesis supervisor. 
  8. All articles are peer-reviewed independently and anonymously.
  9. The editorial board reserves the right to shorten the texts of works by agreement with the authors.
    The author is given a month after the editorial board sends the article for correction and revision.
  10. In the heading of the article this information should be specified: full name of all authors (in Russian and English); full name of the organization — the place of work of each author in the nominative case, country, city (in Russian and English). If all the authors of the article work in one institution, you can not specify the place of work of each author separately; e-mail address for each author; correspondent mailing address and phone number for contacts with the authors of the article (you can one for all authors).

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.
  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).
  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
