Morphological characteristics and quality of pollen of the Nikita botanical gardens breeding garden roses cultivars, perspective hybrid and mutant forms
Abstract
When using the method of staining with acetocarmine, the quality of pollen of 44 cultivars, hybrid and mutant forms of roses from 8 garden groups of the Nikita Botanical Gardens breeding was studied. 18 cultivars, most promising for use in further breeding work in the Nikita Botanical Gardens as paternal parent forms during hybridization, have been identified.
